Jean-René Fourtou, Chairman and CEO of Vivendi Universal, is outraged by the untruthful allegations made by Mr.Cornardeau in the 19 February 2005 edition of “Le Parisien/Aujourd’hui” newspaper. He has instructed his attorneys to urgently consider the filing of a new libel suit.
