Frédéric Crépin appointed Head of Legal department of Vivendi Universal

Frédéric Crépin has been appointed Senior Vice-President, Head of Legal department of Vivendi Universal. He will report to Jean-François Dubos, General Counsel.

Frédéric Crépin, 35, is a member of both the Paris and New York bars. He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, holds of an LL.M degree from the New York University School of Law, a DESS in European business law and a DEA in labor law. He started his career in the law firms of Gide, Loyrette, Nouel (Paris), Siméon & Associés (Paris) and Weil, Gotshal & Manges (New York), before joining Vivendi Universal in July 2000 in a senior position in the office of the General Counsel and Legal Department of the Group.
