Annual General Meeting on April 19, 2007

A record quorum of 52,15% of shareholders were present or represented at Vivendi’s Annual General Meeting which was held on Thursday, April 19, 2007. Nearly 2,000 shareholders attended.

They approved all the resolutions submitted to them by a very large majority, except the 15th resolution. This resolution had been intended to amend the deadline for notifying the Company of the crossing of statutory thresholds, from 15 calendar days to 5 trading days. The period for giving such notice therefore remains unchanged at 15 calendar days.
