Vivendi Games develops, publishes and distributes multi-platform interactive entertainment. The world leader* in subscription-based, massively-multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs) through its Blizzard Entertainment division, Vivendi Games also operates on the PC, console and handheld markets via its Sierra Entertainment subsidiary. It entered the casual online and mobile gaming segments via Sierra Online and Vivendi Games Mobile.

On December 2, 2007, Vivendi Games announced plans to create Activision Blizzard. Subject to the approval by Activision’s shareholders and regulatory authorization, this agreement will lead to the creation of a world leader in interactive entertainment.

The Vivendi Games Mobile division develops and publishes games for the global mobile phone market, including a wide range of action, strategy, arcade and casual games based on its own original intellectual property, entertainment licenses and classic Sierra Entertainment titles, all of which are distributed by over 90 operators and dozens of web portals in more than 60 countries around the world.
