Performance-related pay for executives
Sustainable-development criteria were added to those for performance-related pay for executives.
This involves measuring the individual contribution to Vivendi’s three main sustainability goals: protection and assistance for young people, promotion of cultural diversity and knowledge-sharing.
Vivendi is the first CAC 40 company to integrate this type of performance goal into its policies on executives’ performance-related compensation.
The group asked the non-financial ratings agency Vigéo to assess the achievement of these goals, an external assessment that rounds out the internal self-assessments carried out in each business line.
