Patrick Kron Leaves Vivendi's Supervisory Board at His Own Request
The
Supervisory Board of Vivendi, which met on December 13, has taken note of Mr.
Patrick Kron’s decision to resign his mandate as member of Vivendi's Supervisory
Board in view of his recent appointment to the Board of Directors of
Bouygues.
Vivendi’s Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Kron for his active and
valuable service since his appointment in April 2005.
