2007 Dividend:
Annual Shareholders have approved at the 2008 Shareholders Meeting,
held on April 24, 2007, the distribution of a dividend of €1.30 per
share based on 2007 earnings (compared to a dividend of €1.20 per
share in 2006) giving a distribution rate of 53.5% of adjusted net income
and representing an increase of 8.3%. The shareholder distribution will
amount to approximately €1.5 billion and be payable on May 14, 2008.

2007, the distribution of a dividend of €1.20 per share , up
20% with a pay out ratio of 53% of adjusted net income.
