Calif., Aug 06, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Activision Blizzard, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI)
today announced the company's common stock, which currently trades on the NASDAQ
under ticker symbol ATVID, will resume trading under the company's standard
ticker symbol, ATVI, effective August 7, 2008. The letter "D" had been
temporarily added to Activision Blizzard's NASDAQ trading symbol following the
close of the merger of Activision and Vivendi Games on July 9,
2008.
