SFR has created SFR LivePass, its own ticket vending service. The operator’s mobile and fixed-line customers can take advantage of special offers on tickets to various concerts and festivals throughout France. They can be among the first to buy tickets for the hottest concerts, as well as scoring upgrades and priority-access tickets. They can also get the chance to enter venues ahead of time and to scoop up the last available tickets when concerts are sold out. The operator called upon Digitick for technical expertise. In addition to exclusive access to the SFR ticket service’s advantages, users can buy tickets for Digitick’s entire offering, which includes concerts, festivals, sporting events, museums and exhibitions.
