Vivendi: repurchase of own shares

 

Vivendi today announced the purchase of 345,472 of its own shares at an average price of €19,83 in accordance with the share repurchase program covering up to 10 million of the Group’s shares to be completed by November 30, 2015, as published on October 5, 2015.

Vivendi’s Management Board is confident in the Group’s fundamentals and may decide to extend the duration of this program and/or increase its amount.

This share repurchase program was authorized by Vivendi’s Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 17, 2015, and decided by the Management Board on August 26, 2015.
