Vivendi to sell 41.5 million Activision Blizzard shares

 

Vivendi announced today that it has agreed to sell 41.5 million Activision Blizzard shares, representing 5.8% of this company’s total common shares. The price of this transaction will be announced after the closing of the book, which will take place today before the NASDAQ opening.

Following this transaction, the Group owns 41.5 million Activision Blizzard shares.

This transaction is part of Vivendi’s intention to totally exit the share capital of Activision Blizzard, subject to market conditions and the terms of the transaction signed on July 25, 2013.
