Mr. Frank Esser was born on September 5, 1958 and holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Cologne. Mr. Esser was appointed Chairman of SFR in December 2002 and has been with the SFR group since September 2000, when he was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
He was appointed to Vivendi’s Management Board on April 28, 2005. He is also President of the French Telecommunications Federation. Prior to joining SFR, Mr. Esser was Executive Vice President at Mannesmann, in charge of international business and business development.
