Mrs. Sandrine Dufour was born on August 2, 1966 and is a graduate of ESSEC business school, SFAF (French company of financial analysts) and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).

Sandrine Dufour was appointed Executive Vice President Innovation in October, 2010. She’s also deputy Chief financial officer of Vivendi since 2004, and, since 2008, chairman of Vivendi mobile Entertainment, the creator and operator of zaOza, a multimedia content exchange service. She has been successively advisor to the Chief financial officer from 1990 to 2000, Chief financial officer of VU Net between 2000 and 2002, and then head of Vivendi’s internal audit and special projects department, based in New York, from 2002 to 2004. Before joining Vivendi in 1999, Sandrine Dufour was a financial analyst at CAI Cheuvreux, in charge of the Telecommunications sector, from 1993 to 1999, and at BNP from 1990 to 1993.
