The Havas Group is one of the world’s largest global communications groups. Created in 1835 by Charles-Louis Havas, the group employs about 20,000 people in over 100 countries around the world.
At year-end 2018, Havas’s revenues amounted to €2.319 billion.
Havas’ mission is to be the world’s best company at creating meaningful connections between people and brands through creativity, media and innovation.
Havas is also the most integrated group in its industry. With a client-centric organization and regional structure (one P&L per region), Havas puts its customers at the center of its organization, enabling it to best serve their current and future needs.
The group’s business model is based on its “Together Strategy” that transcends the traditional separation between “creative” and “media” in order to deliver an agile, seamless and integrated service to its clients. The main idea behind this strategy is simple: to better respond to its clients, Havas brings together the most talented people from across all communications disciplines: creative, media, digital, design, activation, under one roof: the Havas Village, where a culture of togetherness is promoted through the streamlining of collaborations between advertising creation, media expertise, digital, social media and data.
The Havas Group has 55 villages worldwide: each one is unique but all share the same philosophy and the same creative energy.
Havas Group has three main business units covering all areas of communications:
Havas Creative Group represents 46% of the group’s revenues and brings together experts from creativity, media and data to deliver integrated solutions to brands. It incorporates the Havas Worldwide global network, the Arnold Worldwide micronetwork and many of the industry’s most creative and accomplished companies, including BETC, Rosapark, and Host in Australia.
Havas Media Group represents 37% of the group’s revenues. It incorporates Havas Media and Arena Media. These networks work benefit from the Havas Group’s pure player expertise.
Its flexible corporate structure aligns with clients’ needs by creating a unified culture with teams that are able to focus on delivering client value rather than reporting into large brand hierarchies.
HEALTHCARE AND WELLNESS
Havas Health & You represents 17% of the Group’s revenue and unites Havas Life, Health4Brands (H4B), Lynx, Havas Life PR and Havas Health Plus all wholly-owned health and communications networks, with the consumer health businesses and practices of the Havas Creative Group. Its customer-centric approach has the talent, tenacity and technology that health and wellness companies, brands and people need to thrive in today’s world.
