Vivendi: Amos Genish joins the Management Board

Amos Genish, CEO of Vivendi’s Brazilian telecom operator GVT, is appointed to Vivendi’s Management Board, effective 19th June 2011.

The Management Board is now composed of:

Jean-Bernard Lévy Chairman
Abdeslam Ahizoune Chairman Management Board, Maroc Telecom
Philippe Capron Chief Financial Officer, Vivendi
Frank Esser Chairman and CEO, SFR
Amos Genish CEO, GVT
Lucian Grainge Chairman and CEO, Universal Music Group
Bertrand Meheut Chairman of the Management Board, Group Canal+

Amos Genish, based in Curitiba, Brazil, co-founded GVT in 2000 and has been CEO since then. Prior to that he held a number of CEO positions including that of a software Company traded on the Nasdaq.

Amos Genish holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
