Vivendi: Régis Turrini appointed
as Commissioner to the French State Holdings Agency

 

Vivendi announced today that Régis Turrini, Senior Executive Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, is leaving the Group to take up a proposition as Commissioner to the French State Holdings Agency.

Régis Turrini arrived at Vivendi in 2003 and also held the position of Senior Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development. Vivendi wishes to thank Régis for the remarkable work carried out by him and his teams during these last few years and congratulates him on his new appointment. In particular, he led a number of transactions in line with Vivendi’s new integrated media and content strategy.

Régis Turrini will take up his new responsibilities at the French State Holdings Agency on September 1.
