Vivendi’s CEO, Jean-Bernard Lévy appointed as Chairman of GVT’s Board
Vivendi announced that the Board of Directors of its Brazilian telecom subsidiary GVT met on December 28, 2009. Vivendi’s CEO, Jean-Bernard Lévy, was appointed as Chairman of the Board and GVT’s CEO, Amos Genish, was confirmed as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
