Following the release of false information indicating a drop of 10% in the number of Canal+ subscribers for September, when in fact the real number is positive, Vivendi has asked the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French securities regulator) for an inquiry. The Group is also preparing a complaint for the spreading of misleading information negatively affecting its share price.
