Canal+, A+, Universal Music Africa, CStar, Dailymotion, and all the voices of Africa unite in the fight against the coronavirus with this exceptional solidarity event.

The “Africa at Home” event is an idea from the Canal+ and Universal Music Africa teams, who joined their talent, energy and commitment to offer a great “made in Africa” show, ​​full of generosity and solidarity.

From Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameroon, via the Democratic Republic of Congo and many other African countries, more than 70 singers, musicians, humorists from the African and international scene, and also animators and Canal+ and A+ journalists, will join the fight led by the World Health Organization against the coronavirus by participating, from home, in this great evening on May 16.

Didier Drogba, Kiff no Beat, Magic System, Mamane, Pape Diouf, Salif Keita, Thomas Ngijol, Tiken Jah Fakoly, Vegedream and many others, will be fully mobilized to give virtual musical and humorous performances, testimonies to underline the importance of protective measures, and provide support to the medical and research communities to fight the global pandemic.

Africa at Home is to be watched exclusively on Canal+ in Africa and on Dailymotion on May 16 at 8:30 p.m. and May 17 at 8:30 p.m. on A + / A + Ivoire.

The event will also be available exclusively in France on CStar on May 17 at 11:15 p.m., as well as on myCanal and on the African network through the « + d’Afrique » platform.
