Vivendi Create Joy encourages Vivendi employees to follow the projects supported more closely. The experience begins with a site visit to meet the association, its project organizers and the young beneficiaries. Their feedback is very moving. Employees are confronted by another world, by a different tempo of life, and by problems different from their own. They often come back changed, full of energy and convinced of the merits of the Create Joy program.

Some of them go further and get involved occasionally or permanently in a volunteer capacity with the association.

Employees’ skills are enhanced as a result, and all of them feel “useful” and appreciated…
