On Monday, July 1st at 5pmVivoice, Vivendi’s webradio, will address the issue of cultural diversity as a “mainspring for sustainable development”, according to the UNESCO Convention on the protection and promotion of the diversity of cultural expressions. A vision shared by Vivendi since the group, as soon as 2003, has made cultural diversity a strategic issue of its CSR policy.

On July the 1st, Vivoice will welcome Pascal Nègre, member of the Executive Board of Universal Music Group, which operates in over 60 countries. At the head of Universal Music France, Italy, Middle East and Africa, Pascal Nègre will explain to the journalist Marjorie Paillon how cultural diversity irrigates the strategy of Universal Music. Expanding the market to new music styles, identifying and supporting talent, promoting artists from all over the world, creating new business models … it’s his job!

The web radio cast will also be accessible from the website “Culture(s) with Vivendi “. This site offers original access to the world of creation and cultural industries through its sections “Artist Inspiration“, “Creative Jobs” and “Intercultural Dialogue“.

Interactive, human and accessible, Vivoice is a privileged media to communicate and dialogue with our stakeholders on our CSR policy. Vivoice may be followed live by connecting to vivoice.vivendi.com, and the event will also be relayed live on @WebradioVivoice(#Vivoice).
