SFR
Sharing mobile networks

SFR and Bouygues Telecom have entered into exclusive talks on sharing a portion of their mobile networks. The two operators are seeking to provide their respective customers with the greatest geographic coverage and best service quality possible. An agreement would give them the resources they need to rank among the top players in modernizing France’s digital economy. They would like to finalize this strategic agreement by the end of the year. The agreement must first be submitted to the companies’ employee representatives for their opinion as well as to the French Competition Authority and the Electronic Communications Regulatory Authority.
