Since the 1st November, SFR’s 4G has been present in 415 towns. The operator was the first to launch 4G in France, for both businesses and the general public. Today, SFR has officially opened its network to the inhabitants of Brest, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Le Mans, Troyes and the suburban areas of Paris (departments 92,93 and 94), allowing them to enjoy in mobility speeds and a comfort of use superior than with ADSL. SFR is following through with its ambitious deployment program to cover 40% of the population by the end of 2013, which means SFR’s 4G will be available in 1,200 towns. By the end of the year, SFR will offer, along with Dual Carrier and 4G (DC-HSPA+ and LTE), coverage for 70% of the population, the best mobile broadband coverage in France.
