The beginning of the end
The last two episodes of Dexter have just aired in the US, and now the show that has fascinated the world for the past eight years is arriving at Canal+. Subscribers will soon be able to see the 12 episodes of season 8. The serial killer is putting away his apron and sharpened knives for good. We last saw Debra committing irredeemable acts to save her brother. A good part of this new season focuses on the guilt that plagues her, while Dexter meets Doctor Vogel (Charlotte Rampling), who knows quite a lot about him. The beautiful and deadly Hannah from season 7 will resurface – for better or worse? The end is drawing near: will Dexter flee Miami, be killed or end his days in prison? Tune in to Canal+ every Thursday at 8:55 pm as of October 10.

Dans le sofa from Universal Music
On September 17, Universal Music France launched Dans le sofa, a new interactive “hang-out” type of music-radio program that will be broadcast on melty.fr, a news site for young people aged 12 to 30, as well as on Universal Music France’s YouTube channel. Fans registered on the guest artist`s Google+ page can talk with him or her via video chat. The first guest was singer Keen’V. (Highlights of the program can be found here.) New episodes of Dans le sofa will be coming over the next few weeks as albums by other Universal Music artists are released.

Reaper of Souls
Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, the next expansion pack for Diablo III (set for release in 2014), opens a dark and terrifying new chapter in the ongoing conflict over the mortal realm of Sanctuary. Fans will be able to explore new haunted places and fight new enemies. This fresh release increases the game’s level cap to 70. Players continuing on with their existing Barbarian, Witch Doctor, Demon Hunter, Wizard and Monk characters will benefit from an array of fearsome new spells and abilities as they work their way up through the levels. Two new game modes — Loot Runs and Nephalem Trials — are being added as well, providing fun, rewarding new challenges for players to tackle.

SFR has expanded its television on-demand offering with the arrival of channels D8 and D17. SFR is the first operator to distribute these channels in reply mode independently of the CanalSat bundle. SFR subscribers can now enjoy the best of the two channels on demand: entertainment with Touche pas à mon poste!, Le Grand 8 and Show le matin; special programs; series (including Game of Thrones and Call the Midwife); and major music events with Nouvelle Star 2014, top live concerts with D17 Summer Festivals, the iTunes Festival and iconic hits from D17 (Top D17, Top Club and Top Hip-Hop).

Customer relations is a major component in Maroc Telecom’s quality approach. The operator has introduced tools that allow call centers, information centers and after-sales service centers to respond to customer requests more quickly, whether by providing information, taking an order or processing a complaint. The remote-diagnostics system for ADSL lines, installed at the end of 2011, has yielded significant improvements to service quality. With an automatic line-instability repair module, this preventive system can keep some outages from happening. Customer relations center staffers also have access to a wide range of training programs to help them serve customers more effectively.
