In partnership with Fondation Hirondelle, Vivendi and Canal + International are organizing a special media operation to cover the eighth edition of the Francophone Youth Parliament (PFJ).

This event will take place in Luxembourg from 6th to 11th July 2017 at the same time as the 43rd session of the Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie. The Youth Parliament gives young French speakers, including many Africans, the opportunity to carry out a realistic parliamentary simulation and to understand the stakes of responsible citizenship.

Through debates, public speaking contests and workshops, the young participants will have the occasion to strengthen their skills on important issues such as education, gender equality, and digital entrepreneurship.

Together with Fondation Hirondelle, Vivendi and Canal + International will be in Luxembourg to follow the young PFJ members and to help them make daily videos about their experience, for a broadcast on  Culture (s) With Vivendi website and Dailymotion.
