Vivendi, concerned with maintaining a regular and constructive dialogue with the young in the framework of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy, partnered with the European Youth Parliament (EYP) on the occasion of the Forum International de Caen, which takes place from May 29 until June 8 2014 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings (D-Day Landings).

During 11 days, 150 young Europeans  will discuss on the future of Europe as members of the European Parliament do. Their resolutions will be delivered to the Heads of State in attendance at the official ceremonies.

The role of culture for sustainable development and the protection of privacy in the digital world being two strategic issues of its CSR policy, Vivendi invited the EYP to organize participatory workshops on these topics. After a preliminary survey conducted among the participants to these workshops, on June 6 a debate will take place between Vivendi and the 150 young meeting at the EYP. A synthesis of these exchanges will be provided on the website cultureswithvivendi.com, which will provide a regular discussion platform to these young Europeans.
