The annual French show for individual shareholders, Actionaria, was an opportunity for the The French federation of employees and former employees (Fédération des Actionnaires Salariés, FAS) to reward the best Groups in the field of employees’ shareholding. It is in this context that Vivendi was a recipient of the “Employees Shareholding Evolution” prize.

This award recognized the development policy of employees’ shareholding that the Group has been leading for several years. It is not the first time that Vivendi has been rewarded by FAS. Concerned by sharing its earnings with its employees, the Group has set up an ambitious employees’ shareholding policy that goes beyond legal obligations. Each year, Vivendi carries out a capital increase reserved for employees. Standing at less than 1% in 2008, the employees’ shareholders portion in the capital of Vivendi has increased to more than 3% since 2013.
