Connected Children: Educating in the digital age” is the topic of the Study Day which will gather, in Angoulême (France), researchers, specialists of children and media, and content producers. This day is organized on October 9th by the European Centre of the Products of the Child (Centre Européen des Produits de l’Enfant – CEPE) of the University of Poitiers, in association with the CEMEA and the House of human and society sciences (Maison des sciences de l’homme et de la société – MSHS) of the University of Poitiers.

As soon as 2003, Vivendi defined protection and empowerment of young people as one of the strategic issues of its corporate social responsibility policy. Pascale Thumerelle, VP, CSR of Vivendi, will take the floor on the theme: “The responsibility towards youth, a governance issue for Vivendi ” during the half-day entitled “Which responsibility for citizens, authorities and media towards children?”. 

Divina Frau-Meigs (professor, sociologist of the media and director of the CLEMI (Centre for liaison between teaching and information media) and Christian Gautellier (director of the publications of the CEMEA and president of the association Enjeux e-médias), whom Vivendi has already invited to its webradio Vivoice, appear among the speakers of this Study Day.
