Vivendi sells 41.5 million Activision Blizzard shares


As announced earlier today, Vivendi has sold 41.5 million Activision Blizzard shares. The total aggregate amount of the transaction is approximately US$ 850 million (€622 million).

This transaction was carried out based on the historic high price of Activision Blizzard shares.
