Diversity – A demand becomes a need!

Diversity – of origin and culture, gender and age, training and experience, work specialty, trade, or profession (see Disability) – is a strength and a factor for success in our society. All our employees work to promote it. It is a key orientation in recruiting and career management.

Evaluation of applicants is conducted using objective criteria related to the skills and behaviors needed for the position. Concretely, the Group is interested in candidates who have varied profiles, training, and career tracks.

For France, Vivendi and Canal+ have signed the Diversity Charter, launched by the Montaigne Institute. Signed by 1,700 companies, this key document marks its signatories’ commitment to promoting diversity within their workforces in order to reflect the diversity of France’s population.
