Labor dialogue

Fundamental trust!

Within the Vivendi Group, trust is regularly expressed in dialogue with the personnel representative bodies.

A large number of agreements are entered into each year in France. They have to do with:

  • wage policy,
  • profit sharing and participation,
  • training policy,
  • jobs and skills management,
  • employment for physically challenged persons,
  • etc.

The CHSCTs (Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committees) and workplace health departments are key partners for dealing with employee safety and health and psycho-social risks.

At Group level, labor dialogue is structured around the Corporate Works Committee and the European Social Dialogue Committee.
