Wh@t a Challengeat SFR: to boost the attractiveness of its employment brand to students and recruit future young talent, SFR has developed its own business game, “Wh@t a Challenge!”, which was launched via a communications plan on Facebook and at its partner schools and universities. The game is designed to offer students the chance to work with SFR professionals on a realbusiness project in the digital field. The first stage of the game was a speed-meeting session at the Appart SFR in Paris. In this first meeting between students and SFR professionals, participants formed 10 teams, each comprising two students (one management student and one engineering student) plus an SFR manager/coach. One month later, the 10 teams were brought back together at the Appart SFR for the big Challenge day.
