The Vivendi Group makes limited use of part-time contracts. The ratio of
part-time employees is calculated by dividing the number of employees
working part-time by the total number of employees of Vivendi Group.

The total working hours per week for full-time employees is determined
using the most widespread working time in the company.

This figure represents the average weighted working hours per week
within the Group for full-time employees. Working time varies according
to country and company. In France and in the Overseas Departments
and Territories, fixed working hours follow the law on the 35-hour
working week. In 2013, the increase in average work time is due to the
increasing share of GVT in the Group’s total workforce, with an average
of 40 working hours per week.
