Stéphane Roussel Joins the Vivendi Management Team


Stéphane Roussel, after serving as SFR’s Chairman and CEO where he launched the company transformation in a very competitive environment, is to join the Vivendi Management Team with responsibility for the three following areas:

– Supervising Human Resources and organizational changes within the Group;

– Developing in close cooperation with the Management Board and the business leaders, the new culture in line with the Group’s future positioning;

– Assisting the Supervisory Board, with the support of the Management Board, in the evolution of the Group’s governance related to its future configuration.
