Dianoura !, in dogorian – which is an invented language by compositor Etienne Perruchon – means ‘state of grace’ that only music may cause.
Dianoura ! is a creation of a cantata for children’s choir and orchestras. This project gathers 2 shool orchestras from Orchestre à l’Ecole and the prestigious Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra. It is about a fantastic experience beginning by the meeting of the 2 school orchestras selected – one from the Drôme area and the other one from Aveyron – associated with school choirs, to work with the professional musicians of the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra. Several meetings are scheduled for the teens, the singers, the teachers, the musicians to get to know each other and to rehearse together.
