Stromae, Thomas Dutronc, Kendji Girac, Zazie, Louane, Calogero, Diana Krall, Ibrahim Maalouf, C2C are all artists signed and developed by the labels managed by Olivier Nusse. In this interview, he describes his main missions and the ones of his teams, dedicated to discovering and supporting talents. Since his internship at Phonogram ( historical label of Polygram), he evokes his extensive background during which, working for different units of Universal Music France, he develops skills in different fields  ( artistic, innovation, marketing) that allowed him to become Managing Director of the French labels Mercury and Decca Reccords (classic and jazz). You also need to be extremely adaptable to face the new digital uses: “Naturally, things changed with the advent of social networks and accessibility to music via the Internet. But this has been great for us, because it opened up an opportunity for us to completely change our way of discovering talents “he says.
