Talent is everywhere – but not always where you expect it to be. Everyone has talent. The Vivendi Create Joy program aims to support projects that reach a wider and more disadvantaged population. Through the arts projects funded by Vivendi Create Joy, young people are offered a chance to discover their talents, learn to value their unique personalities and build confidence in themselves. Vivendi Create Joy is an integral part of Vivendi’s commitment to equal opportunity.
Vivendi launched its social action program, the Vivendi Create Joy Fund, in 2008 to bring joy and opportunities to ill or disadvantaged youth through its communication and entertainment business segments. It endeavors to develop individual and collective talent through music, film, content creation and journalism projects.
Vivendi employees commit to working with supported non-profit groups through the Create Joy Ambassadors program. By volunteering to share their skills, the Group’s employees contribute to the projects’ success.
