Vivendi Talent Show (VTS): The event that showcases the artistic and creative talents of Vivendi Group employees
VTS is an internal talent competition launched in 2023, catering to the group’s French employees. More than just a competition, it’s a true celebration of employees and an opportunity for them to showcase their boldness, express themselves in realms other than their professional roles, be part of a unique collective adventure, and potentially even “perform at the Olympia”! The promise for the winner: the opportunity to develop their artistic project with the support of the group’s connections and expertise.
We received 120 high-quality and diverse applications, either solo or in groups, across seven categories related to Vivendi’s professions: music, film, photography, writing, live performance, digital content, plastic and digital arts.
Fourteen finalists were selected by a jury of professionals, both internal and external to the group, and they underwent a coaching and preparation phase for the grand finale, which took place on June 6, 2023, at the Olympia.
Having the opportunity to perform in this legendary venue in front of 2,000 colleagues was an incredible adventure for these 14 finalists – often artists only known to their families. Group employees who attended the Vivendi Talent Show got to see their colleagues in a new light during a show with a stage setup worthy of the greatest spectacles. The evening was also livestreamed on Dailymotion for employees who couldn’t attend in person.
The Vivendi Talent Show is a fantastic platform for all talents within the group, and the adventure will continue soon, even more ambitious. Stay tuned!
